Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Aaqara En Press, we put a lot of care into planning our workshops, including materials, studio space, and class sizes. We understand that plans can change, so here's how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling work:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop
You'll receive a full 100% refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop
You'll receive a 65% refund of the workshop fee.

No-shows
If you don't show up for your scheduled workshop without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling
Prefer to reschedule instead of cancelling? Just DM us before the workshop begins, and we'll do our best to move your booking to another available date, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling is allowed a maximum of 3 times per booking.
• You may reschedule into a workshop of equal or lesser value to the one you originally booked, at no extra cost.
• If you'd like to reschedule into a workshop of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference in price to attend.

Exclusive Collaborative Workshops
Bookings for exclusive collaborative workshops are non-refundable. As these workshops are typically one-time, exclusive sessions that may not be repeated, if you're unable to attend, you may instead join any other available workshop of your choice, subject to the same maximum of 3 reschedules outlined above. If the value of that workshop is lower, no refund will be issued for the difference. If the value is higher, you'll need to pay the balance amount to attend.
